The leads started to meet the Fall of 2022 to begin working and planning on the development of an orientation model for all staff and faculty. The leads worked with faculty and staff to create new onboarding modules for all new and continuing adjunct faculty that launched in Fall 2023.
Human Resources, the Office of Equity & Diversity and Academic Affairs hosted a reception for staff new hires.
Encourage and provide self-assessment resources for employees to help determine readiness, strengths and opportunities for their own growth, and their ability to support diverse student needs, including through the work of Human Resources and The Jesuit Center.
