MCELWEE, CHARLES F., Class of 1976, Hershey, on August 31. A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, at Hoover Funeral Home, 88 Lucy Ave., Hershey. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at St. Joan of Arc Church, 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey. There will be no visitation at the church. A private interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Drums. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Charles F. McElwee Fund for Cultural Enrichment at St. Joan of Arc School, Hershey. Hoover Funeral Home of Hershey is handling the arrangements.Scranton Alumni
