The Grievance Committee's membership is determined by the FAC Executive Committee and shall consist of FAC members. The Grievance Committee advises and assists the Grievance Officer in the grievance process, and makes non-binding recommendations to the Executive Committee regarding the disposition of specific complaints and grievances. Individual members of the committee may be assigned by the Grievance Officer to investigate specific grievances.
